Also ensure they are installed on the servers that are hosting a mirrored instance of SQL Server.

วิธีแก้คือให้ไปดาวน์โหลด Patch สำหรับอัพเดต Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) บน Windows Server 2003 มาติดตั้งดังนี้
Windows Server 2003 x86
Windows Server 2003 x64
Windows Server 2008 Itanium
หลังจากนั้นอย่าลืมทำการ Refresh Information ในส่วนของ Agents ด้วยนะครับ
